  • *Veteran Eligibility

Eligibility. Any veteran who has served honorably served in the U.S. military (including U.S. Reserves and National Guard) is eligible for an Honor Flight trip.

Priority. First priority for a trip is given to World War II veterans who have not yet visited their memorial. Next priority is veterans that served between WWII and the Korean War, followed by the Korean War, then veterans that served between Korea and Vietnam, and so on, in the same manner in chronological order of conflicts.

Terminally Ill Veterans.Terminally ill veterans may be given the same priority as WWII veterans. It is suggested that the Hub require the veteran to provide medical documentation of the terminal nature of the illness prior to giving the veteran priority over other prior applicants.
